Late in 2015, Perky Jerky came to the Indaba Group with a small challenge. Due to faulty patchwork, customer orders were dropping off the old Perky Jerky website…during the Holiday season. Okay, maybe it was a BIG challenge with a massive sense of urgency. Perky Jerky needed a quick fix and fast; particularly with the rush of Holiday orders in the most profitable sales quarter of the year.
That was the beginning of a great working relationship between Indaba and the Perky Jerky team. As Indaba continued to earn the trust of the Perky Jerky brand, discussions turned to addressing a number of larger challenges, many surrounding a new subscription module. The most immediate concern was that each time a customer desired an information change, their account on file would have to be completely DELETED! This, of course, was a self-deprecating feature to Perky Jerky’s retail site and needed a remedy right away. Indaba had a solution and came through for Perky Jerky once again.
