On June 14th, Ryan Shields (CEO and Co-Founder) visited one of Indaba’s best and most strategic partners, Bronto Software. This was an opportunity offered up by Bronto for Indaba to present to all of their both internal and external sales teams. The context, how does an SI fit into the e-Commerce ecosystem. A second company, Celigo, was also there in Durham to present. The Celigo presentation was given by Carl Pezold, their Sales Director.
The primary purpose of Indaba’s presentation was to arm and educate Bronto’s Sales Teams about not only what an SI does, but also have an SI can assist in their sales efforts. Having a robust SI partner shows that Bronto’s Sales Teams understand the e-Commerce landscape, provides value to the existing and prospective customers, and hopefully helps close new business!
Both Ryan and Carl did a wonderful job and presenting their content, and the Bronto Sales Teams were fully engaged. After the individual presentations were completed, both companies were part of a panel discussion, where all sales reps were available to ask questions to both presenters. Only lunch was able to stop the flow of questions coming from the audience, which allowed for a great question and answer session.
